2Effects

New effects start at the original preview's current position, with sensible defaults.
On Effect Window (source time) Settings
No effects yet. Add one above — with no effects, export simply re-encodes the source.
Select an effect in the list to edit it.

All effect times are in source video time (the timeline of your original clip), so they stay anchored to the content even when a Speed Ramp changes the output length.

Generate Preview renders the finished video. What you watch above is the file you download — Export uses the same render too.

5Export

Known limitations: Audio is not preserved in the exported file (video-only WebM/VP8 track). Frame rate is detected by sampling playback and rounded to a whole number for the output frame grid, so it may not exactly equal a source's true encoded rate (especially for variable-frame-rate sources). Requires a Chromium-based browser with WebCodecs (VideoEncoder) support.
